1) | Wash the hair every 3-5 days with warm water around 35degrees Celsius. Use always professional products. |
2) | Dry your hair with a good towel, do not roll the hair into the towel. Air drying will be recommended. |
3) | Comb with a WIRE brush after drying. |
4) | For the wavy and curly, use some hair gel to help holding the texture after washing. And it's preferable to do it with fingers. |
5) | Avoid overuse of hot curlers and flat-irons which will shorten the life of hair. When perming or dyeing the hair, use some nutrition water or a protectant. |
6) | Do not expose the hair to the sun for a long time. |
7) | Never sleep on humid hair. |

A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.
Q3. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle
Q4. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by aliexpress, we will ship the goods within 24 hours after the verifying time, shipment will take 3-5 days.
Q5. Why my order is frozen? What can I do?
