Please measure the hair when you stretch it to a straight condition, instead of measuring the hair directly.
Meanwhile,since the length is measured by hand, it is unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy (0.1-0.3 inch is acceptable).

Your Hair Extension can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water,chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) outyour hair daily. So please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Using hudrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. Please be noted:
1.Use Shampoo and Hair conditioner to wash the hair.
2.Comb with a WIRE brush after dry.
3.You can do perming and coloring process, but please don't do this too frequently and remember to use nutrition water.
4.Do not make the hair under the blazing sun or use hair drier to blow it for quite a long time, because heat may change the texture of hair.
5.Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.

A: It could becaused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair atleast once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from timeto time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

Q4. How long does it last?

A : How long the hair lasts depends onhow you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

Q5: Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as thepictures show or description says?

A: Different monitor havedifferent displays. The same color number may have a little colordifference. You could dye the hair if you need different colour.

Q6: Can they be straightened, curled?

A: Yes you could use hairstraightener or hair curler to style the hair. However, don't do ittoo frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry andtangled.

Q7: Can I dye/color the hair?

A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As ageneral rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten thehair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for theoriginal colour to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. Wehighly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions.Colouring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shadeyou want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use a goodquality products and test a small sample first.

Q8: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A: human hair hasnatural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: humanhair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hairwill smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show whitesmoke.While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning andwill show black smoke.Moreover, human hair may have very a littlegray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.
